Carolyn B. Littlefield joins InStrategy Group as Managing Director

Charlotte, NC, May 6, 2010 - InStrategy Group, a leading insurance consultancy company, announced today the appointment of Carolyn B. Littlefield as Managing Director.

Prior to joining InStrategy Group, Littlefield was CEO of Florida Home Builders Insurance (FHBI) where she transformed the firm into a full lines wholesaler and MGU specializing in the construction industry. In addition to turning around FHBI, Littlefield's extensive executive experience lead to the development of an insurance practice within Corporate Training International and the eventual development of Griffin Court Management, a leading consultancy and training group.

She has extensive experience within the personal and commercial segments of the business during her tenure at Royal & SunAlliance (RSA) followed by roles ranging from President of two leading consultancy groups to CEO of FHBI. In addition, she has extensive professional affiliations with NAPSLO, ASAE and resides on two Boards.
